Whether you are a business startup looking for a serviced office and a small area of workshop or just looking for temporary industrial storage to showcase your product, the benefits of the G-Tech Innovation Center far outweigh the costs, risk and stress of the alternatives. Short-term leases available.
The G-Tech Innovation Center was established near Houston’s Energy Corridor in Katy in 2014 with construction of a 48,000 sq. ft. facility on a prime 11-acre site that immediately became a base for local and international companies. Due to the particular success and expansion of one customer, they purchased the initial building and G-Tech immediately acquired an existing building in nearby Brookshire along with excess land for expansion. Land retained from the original site in Katy will be developed with a future facility and a similar site has also been acquired in Pearland, on Houston’s southern outskirts.
These renderings show future plans to expand the current location. Future plans include several independent smaller suites that can facilitate anything from tech start-ups to manufacturing companies. They are designed so that you can easily expand as your company grows.
